Frequently asked questions
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time through your club's billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next billing cycle.
What happens when my launch pricing ends?
Launch pricing is locked in until June 23, 2026. After that, your subscription automatically renews at the regular price. We'll email you 30 days in advance.
What counts toward the 'tournaments per month' limit?
Any tournament created (regardless of status) within the current calendar month counts against the limit.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
You can start with the Free plan indefinitely. Paid plans don't have a separate trial period, but the launch discount gives you the best first-year rate available.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
You'll be notified in your admin panel. Existing resources are never deleted, but you won't be able to add more courts, staff, or tournaments until you upgrade.
Do you take a cut of my booking revenue?
Never. Unlike Playtomic, we don't take a commission. You receive all payments from your players directly.
